The client’s trolling lure was originally developed through hand-carved masters and silicone molds, which made every design change slow, inconsistent, and expensive. I rebuilt the lure digitally in CAD and engineered precision 3D-printable molds, allowing controlled adjustment of geometry instead of guesswork. This turned a trial-and-error craft process into a precisely engineered product, cutting iteration time from days to hours. The result was a cleaner, reproducible lure with improved hydrodynamic performance and a clear path toward scalable production.
